About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 About the Role: The Team: In this role, you’ll plan an integral part of S&P’s Global Equity Compensation team. The role will be primarily responsible for assisting in daily administration of S&P’s Global Equity Compensation plan, as well as operating cross functionally with other areas of the business, including but not limited to Payroll, Legal, Finance and Treasury teams. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, project management abilities and the ability to be a team player are key attributes for success in this role.
