Job summary:
As a Product Manager, you will focus on driving engagement of our cutting-edge CRM Platform (Integrated Client Ecosystem) tailored for our CIB Markets business and contributing to the advancement of the product. Drive user engagement and product innovation, connect with users and stakeholders to ensure adoption, map feedback to product enhancements and pre-empt key features to develop to further advance the product. In addition to owning the roadmap and adoption plan for the product, the incumbent will also partner with our data strategy team to deliver timely and relevant information, to drive personalization of client service.
