As a valued colleague on our team, you will be overseeing our full portfolio of high-impact internal events. This role combines hands-on project management with strategic advising—delivering exceptional “white glove” service to senior leadership while also mentoring junior team members to elevate their skills and contributions. You will bring strong organizational expertise and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Project Manager, Strategic Event Lead role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to oversee planning and execution of the entire internal event portfolio, including executive town halls, senior leadership meetings, and large-scale employee events.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Manager, contributing to event strategy, execution, and process improvements that raise the standard of excellence across the portfolio.
  • Model exceptional executive presence by operating as a calm, strategic partner to senior leadership in high‑visibility environments. Engage executives with polish, discretion, and emotional intelligence; synthesize complex information into clear guidance; and navigate shifting priorities with poise—delivering a seamless, white‑glove experience that reflects the organization’s highest standards.
  • Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines; track progress; and hold teams accountable for delivering outstanding results on time and within budget.
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, communications, facilities, and vendor partners to align on goals and ensure smooth execution of high-profile events.
  • Oversee  teams responsible for execution of the event. Maintain a focused approach to ensure all aspects of the program run according to plan by directing staff and vendors, assisting with operations, and proactively troubleshooting challenges to maintain seamless experiences

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years of experience in project management, enterprise events, hospitality events, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to deliver executive-level, large-scale events
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Experiences

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proven track record of providing gold standard hospitality.
  • Proficiency with project management and event technology tools (e.g.,  Smartsheet, Social Tables, , Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams Town Hall, Teams Meeting and the supported plug-in applications)).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
