Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations and Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both our clients and internal stakeholders by managing communications and ensuring smooth account operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage client email correspondence in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner
  • Support internal teams by addressing and resolving client-related queries
  • Maintain and update client account information, including payment details and data changes
  • Add and manage data within client accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Provide general account support and contribute to operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset

Working hours:

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET. There is also a possibility to work afternoon shifts (12:00–20:00 CET), depending on business needs and individual availability.

Location:

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location at least three (3) days per week.
