THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE 

The Senior Director will be responsible for all our Modeling, Analytics, and Business Intelligence Platforms and Products. This leader is responsible for defining the vision, investment priorities, and operating model for platforms that enable data-driven decision making, model development, AI innovation, and enterprise reporting. Working across Technology, Data, Risk, Finance, and business functions, this role drives product strategy, platform modernization, adoption, and value realization while ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and regulatory compliance

You will shape how models are built, deployed, consumed, and operationalized across the enterprise - ensuring analytics platforms are easy to use, cost‑effective, secure, and aligned with regulatory and governance expectations.

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Define strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for analytics, AI, modeling, and BI products.
  • Align product portfolio to enterprise goals and business outcomes.

Business Intelligence & Analytics Enablement

  • Lead enterprise BI, reporting, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Expand access to trusted data, insights, and decision-support tools.

Product Delivery & Value Realization

  • Oversee product delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management.
  • Optimize business value, usage, and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder & Governance Leadership

  • Partner with business, tech, data, and risk leaders on product priorities.
  • Ensure products meet governance, security, and regulatory standards.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop high-performing product management teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 

 Minimum Required Experiences 

  • 8 years of experience in product management, analytics, data, AI/ML, business intelligence, or related technology domains.
  • 5+ years of experience leading product teams and enterprise tech initiatives.
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for complex platforms or products.
  • Experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to drive adoption and business outcomes.
  • Experience delivering data, analytics, AI, or business intelligence solutions in a large enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in product mgmt., agile delivery and value realization practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt., and org leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science or related field.

 Desired Experiences  

  • Advanced degrees in Business, Engineering or Data Science or related field
  • Experience in financial services lending, credit, risk, analytics
  • Hands-on experience in modeling tools (e.g., Sagemaker, Domino), BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
