Reporting to the Director of the Center for Wellness, the Staff Assistant I/Receptionist provides receptionist duties to a busy massage and acupuncture center with courtesy and professionalism. Receives and greets all visitors, provides reception and client service on a walk-in, phone-in, or e-mail basis. Schedules appointments for clients according to established guidelines. May perform other administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and general correspondence as required.
