Your Team & Role
Prudential is transforming how teams deliver value through Scaled Lean Delivery, a modern framework designed to improve speed, transparency, predictability, and business outcomes across the enterprise.
As a Specialist, SDLC and Delivery Enablement, you will help the team operationalize and scale this transformation through enablement, adoption, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management activities. Working alongside the Lean Delivery Outcomes team and partnering with delivery, business, product, technology, and operations teams, you will support the successful adoption of Scaled Lean Delivery and help drive measurable delivery improvements.
Reporting to the Lean Delivery Outcomes organization, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing change, solving complex organizational challenges, and helping teams achieve better outcomes through continuous improvement.
Location: Newark, NJ hybrid ( 3 days/week in office)
Here Is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
Support Enterprise Scaled Lean Delivery Change Management, Adoption, and Enablement
- Support the development and documentation of processes, procedures, and supporting materials to enable the enterprise rollout of Scaled Lean Delivery.
- Coordinate and manage change management activities that advance the evolution of enterprise delivery practices, including the delivery enablement roadmap, rollout planning, communications, adoption strategies, and learning materials.
- Partner with delivery teams and leaders to drive adoption of Scaled Lean Delivery practices, identify barriers, and recommend opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Support teams as they transition from project-based execution to outcome-driven delivery models focused on measurable business value.
- Monitor adoption progress, assess engagement, and identify opportunities to strengthen enablement and sustained adoption.
Enable Collaboration Across Stakeholders
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and action plans supporting rollout activities.
- Create presentations and reports for leadership updates.
- Help identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with delivery, technology, portfolio, governance, and business stakeholders.
Advance Continuous Improvement
- Contribute ideas that improve processes, communications, onboarding, and operational effectiveness.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices from pilots and early adopters.
- Assist with maintaining methodology content, standards documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Help identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Evolve Delivery and Provide Industry Insights
- Lead strategic projects to support the evolution of Scaled Lean Delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and evolving delivery practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations that inform the continuous evolution of Prudential's delivery ecosystem.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Agile, Lean, Product Management, Program Management, Change Management, Process Excellence, Transformation, or Delivery organizations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks, Lean principles, SDLC concepts, or organizational change practices.
- Experience with measurement, dashboards, reporting, or data analysis preferred.
- Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $82,500.00 to $136,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
