Additional tasks include contributing to grant and manuscript writing, participating in training lab members, and attending scientific conferences. The Data Manager will be able to manage day-to-day tasks and exhibit sound judgement while not hesitating to consult the team on more complex scenarios. As a member of the data management team, the candidate will work with a senior-level data manager and the director of software engineering. They will work under the direct supervision of a Senior Scientific Program Manager and work closely with HMS faculty members, including LSP Director Prof. Peter Sorger.
