Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Job Summary Working within a team environment, responsible for corporate actions processing support for securities held by Key Private Bank clients on our accounting system, Global Plus.  This position manages daily processing flows, analyzes reporting and resolves exceptions in a timely basis.  The Corporate Actions & Income Processing team supports corporate actions, class actions, proxies, dividends, and fixed income functions for Key Private Bank, Institutional Services, and Family Wealth.  This department is expected to ensure a high level of client service while also ensuring that risks to the organization are mitigated.   Other duties may include performing the daily reconciliation of bond maturities/redemptions, completing closed account class action research and supporting income processing.  In addition, this position is responsible for assisting with projects to streamline and improve departmental processes.
