Location: 11501 Outlook Street, Overland Park Kansas Job Summary Under the direction of the Payment Control Supervisor, the Investor Accounting Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of borrower payments, including those received in-house and those rejected by the external lockbox facility. The role also includes handling a variety of financial transactions such as advances, disbursements, payoffs, write-offs, and reconciliations. This position requires proactive communication with internal and external clients and adherence to internal and investor policies and procedures to ensure accurate reporting and remittance.
