  We are looking for a self-starter to become a Wealth Management Assistant as part of our Middle Office Team located in Westerly, RI.  This position is an on-site role.   This group provides operational support to all groups within Wealth Management.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service, administrative and analytical support, and transaction processing to internal and external clients. The successful candidate will ensure internal team partners are compliant with operating policy, documentation procedures and regulatory requirements.  This position is also responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time, and exceptions are resolved proactively.  This position interacts with client facing team members, management, third-parties and vendors to coordinate daily operational activities.  The candidate will have the ability to support process improvement activity and help embed a culture of continuous improvement....
