PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE: The Wealth Management Operations Specialist supports daily operational functions across the Wealth Management platform, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of client account and transactional activities. The role supports onboarding, asset movement, cash management, billing, reconciliations, securities processing, vendor platforms, and operational risk controls while partnering with Client Service, Compliance, Finance, custodians, and external vendors. Consistent performance with accurate execution, a keen sense of urgency and deadlines, and end to end vision of data, client, and Bank impact is expected.
