KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is essential as first contact with patient/parent. Answers and screens telephone calls. Verifies patient insurance coverage and obtains referral as needed. Collects charge slips and co-payments, batches appropriately. Schedules procedures/follow up appointments in a timely manner. Ensures and reviews all demographic data for outpatient clinic visits.
