Works within a Regional Team committed to overall excellence in effectively assessing and mitigating risk in all aspects of the client relationship, including loan and deposit accounts. Work will focus on large, complex multi-million dollar relationships. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Prepares thorough underwriting, credit presentations, Asset Quality Reports, MAP reports and term sheets of restructures, identifying key weaknesses, appropriate risk rating and accrual status (using applicable risk rating tools like 2DRR), root cause analysis, mitigation plans and rationale, financial analysis, detailed collateral analysis (including enterprise valuations as necessary), applicable modeling and forecasting, key objectives and other underwriting issues.
