The Business Analyst - RPA works with the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technology team and key stakeholders to create automated solutions for the business. The role is a key link between the technical team, process excellence, and business stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered which drive meaningful and measurable business value.  The role will analyze and document complex business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) for targeted processes. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner on the Research Administration and Compliance Systems team, the Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA) supports the service delivery of university-wide systems, solutions, and services with a focus on the research administration, research compliance, and research management. This role is focused on the Grants Management Applications Suite (GMAS) and will work with a team to design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and upgrades to modules and provide ongoing support.
