The Asset Management Analyst delivers comprehensive real estate asset management, financial analysis, and project execution across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties within the Harvard Housing and Real Estate portfolio. Responsibilities include decision making and implementing asset management initiatives, building and maintaining financial models to evaluate cash flow and leasing scenarios; providing input on acquisitions and dispositions through underwriting and due diligence; and broadly assisting the development group.  The position also requires close collaboration across the HUHRE organization, development of standardized processes, and clear communication of insights through presentations and reports to senior leadership.
