Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, the Associate Director of Research Administration and Finance is a senior leader within the finance team. This role provides strategic oversight of research administration and financial operations, leads a team of grants managers, and partners closely with faculty, departmental leadership, and central offices to support the full life cycle of sponsored and non-sponsored funding. Job Summary: The Senior Research Administration Manager is a member of Project Zero’s Finance Team and manages and supports the sponsored research portfolios of Project Zero (PZ) principal investigators (PIs), including the administration of grants and contracts. The role provides comprehensive pre- and post-award support across a variety of funding sources, including sponsored awards, gifts, core funds, and research accounts. This position oversees the full range of administrative and financial activities associated with grants and contracts management, including developing financial deliverable schedules; preparing timely and accurate financial reports and invoices; reconciling accounts; and coordinating account closeout.
