The Closer ensures compliance with investor guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies while delivering excellent customer service. Essential Functions Review loan files to confirm all conditions are met and the file is ready for closing. Verify title commitments, insurance policies, sales contracts, and other documentation for accuracy and compliance.
