The Global Private Bank Early Careers Development Lead is an Executive Director–level role that is critical to the development of the Global Private Bank’s future Advisors. The position provides the opportunity to contribute to program strategy; manage execution through a team of program managers; partner with operating‑committee members of the Global Private Bank (GPB) businesses to understand their needs; and collaborate closely with HR partners (Talent, HR Business Advisors, Recruiting, Compensation) and other stakeholders (Client Skills Training, New Hire Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Business Management).
