SUMMARY The HR Analyst and Program Manager is part of the Harvard Library (HL) Human Resources team within Harvard Human Resources.  This role manages key HR functions for Harvard Library (CADM) and FAS Libraries (FAS) and reports to the Associate Director of HR for Harvard Library.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Position Classification:  Analyze and classify positions (new, vacant, and filled) using Harvard benchmarks and guidelines.  Manage the full classification process, including intake, review, decisions, and communications.  Convene and lead the classification committee; may train HL HR staff on classification.  Serve as subject matter expert for library role classification.
