We are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented Product Operations Manager to support our Product organization in improving operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and consistency in how work moves through the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). As a key member of the Product organization, this role will oversee and administer the tactics needed to advance our Product Operating Model while continuously identifying opportunities to improve how we work.
Align: work closely with product leadership, Product Managers, and cross-functional business partners to ensure product work is clearly understood, decisions are communicated effectively, and teams are aligned on priorities, dependencies, and readiness.
Enable: Provide the means for product teams to complete routine and strategic tasks themselves, as efficiently as possible, by administering key processes, maintaining tools and workflows, and bringing structure to how work is prepared, reviewed, and tracked....
