The Research Assistant II performs and coordinates a wide range of research activities for various research projects in the Mental Health for All Lab and conducts a variety of support tasks for these research projects. The RA will work closely with the PI and lab leadership to coordinate lab activities, manage communication channels, and provide logistical support for research initiatives. The individual will report directly to the Senior Program Manager. This position will consist of: Research Assist with data collection and data analysis tasks related to EMPOWER project deliverables Assist in preparation of grant proposals and other requests to secure funding to expand the EMPOWER project and other research activities in the Lab. Assist in the preparation of study protocol and research materials, including one-pagers, PowerPoint slide decks, ethical protocols, training material, and more.
