Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio The Copilot Enablement Specialist is responsible for enabling, integrating, and governing agentic AI capabilities across the enterprise. This role partners closely with architecture, security, compliance, and business technology teams to design and enable Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI–based solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with KeyBank’s governance and risk posture. This role requires continuous awareness of evolving Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, including new features, model advancements, and service updates, with the ability to translate these into practical enterprise solutions.
