The Senior Manager for Program Delivery will manage a portfolio of in-person and virtual executive education programs for the Program on Negotiation (PON).  The Senior Manager provides logistical oversight and management of executive education sessions to ensure high-quality courses and programmatic offerings. In this role the Senior Manager for Program Delivery directs staff (both internal and external), makes strategic decisions that effect and impact the success of the program and ensure a seamless participant experience.
