The Program Manager (PM) reports to the Assistant Director of Master’s Program Management within the Office for Graduate Education and oversees the administration and delivery of the Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety (SM-MHQS) program. Working closely with the Assistant Director, Program Directors, faculty, and other stakeholders, the PM manages day-to-day program operations and contributes to strategic planning and continuous program improvement. The PM partners with leadership to develop and implement program-specific policies, guidelines, procedures, and operational standards; interprets University policies within the program context; and identifies opportunities to strengthen operations, student engagement, and the overall educational experience.
