Location: 11501 Outlook Street, Overland Park Kansas ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF) Underwrite borrower requests for lender consent on actions pertaining to loans secured by commercial real estate.  Underwriting will include quantitative and qualitative analysis of legal documents, property financial statements, rent rolls and real estate collateral in addition to borrower organizational structure and management experience.  Transactions recommended for approval must conform to the terms of existing loan documents and loan servicing agreements.
