Job Classification: Operations - Insurance Operations The Disability Claims Specialist (DCS) is accountable for direct support of the Team Lead on the claim team ensuring optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions of the claim team. This role is part of our leadership team in the claim organization. In addition, the role requires but is not limited to the following skills: Provides guidance and technical support to the claim team to ensure, timely and accurate decision for our customers.
