Job Description: This job is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for resolving credit bureau corrections and disputes, triaging customer complaints, performing quality control reviews of new loan data input and post-boarding file maintenance on the core loan system.
