Job Summary: We are looking for either an analyst or associate  to join the Americas Equities structuring team. You will be involved in the ideation, pricing, and origination of new payoffs and products for our hedge fund, institutional, and distributor clients. You will liaise with various teams including Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, as well as other members of the Structuring team. Job Responsibilities:  Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research teams to develop innovative financial products. Engage in the pricing and origination of new payoffs and products for diverse clients. Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product offerings.
