Description
This custodial role is primarily responsible for cleaning and maintaining various floors surfaces. This includes carpet, wood, marble, vinyl, vinyl composite tile, stone, tile, slate and others. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SHIFT: 10pm-6:30AM Sunday - Thursday Operate various cleaning machines and power equipment. Adheres to federal and state safety regulations. Adheres to all PPE requirements. May drive fleet vehicles and be responsible for the daily inspections and safe operations. Could also be assigned primary duties of the Custodian II position. Performs related duties as required.
