Job Summary: Operates fully accessible shuttle van as a supplement to the fixed route shuttle bus service.  Receives online ride requests via Harvard’s evening van mobile application and responds to requests throughout Cambridge / Allston campuses.  Assists passengers with mobility impairments as needed.   Job-Specific Responsibilities: Operates shuttle van to meet scheduled and on-demand passenger pick-up requests. Communicates on two-way radio with dispatcher to receive instructions and confirm changes, additions, or deletions from route schedule.
