Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Job Summary: Responsibilities of the Procurement Legal Advisor: Responsibilities for the Procurement Legal Advisor within the Key Procurement Department include understanding and negotiating standard procurement agreements; providing advice on regulatory compliance and legal requirements applicable to procurement contracts; and participating in procurement negotiations. The role ensures that desired business and legal terms and conditions are accurately captured in each agreement and that contracts appropriately reflect Key’s risk tolerances.
