Job Summary:   To maintain all interoffice functions, data management, resource coordinating, and coordination of special        events/functions accurately.  Updates and maintains all databases for EVS/Laundry and Director.   Produces reports and assists in the design of forms/databases. Updates EVS policies/guides and maintains the database.  Maintains the documentation for The Joint Commission (TJC), The Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Environment of Care (EOC) for EVS/Laundry.  Must have extensive knowledge of the Payroll system (Kronos). Provides training for other staff.  Creates graphs and excel summaries of payroll variances, tardies, absences and missed punches.
