Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support for the Community Training Center, and to assist with the preparation and facilitation of BLS courses. Responsible for coordinating various projects as assigned, including, but not limited to, registration and scheduling processes, marketing the CTC to outside entities and potential students, maintaining files in compliance with American Heart Association guidelines and departmental policies, and collecting payments. Works in conjunction with other coordinators and staff of CTC to ensure quality of BLS courses.
