The Financial Associate will support the Diversity, Opportunity & Inclusion organization by delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that enables leaders to make informed decisions.  As a Financial Associate within the Human Resources Finance & Business Management team, you will partner closely with Finance stakeholders, Diversity, Opportunity & Inclusion Center of Excellence leads, Business Managers, and dashboard/reporting teams to ensure accurate, timely insights on business results, budget variances, and outlooks.
