The Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician Specialist supports ambulatory pharmacy services by working collaboratively with ambulatory care pharmacists and clinic teams to assist with patient outreach, navigation, medication access coordination, pre and post visit management, medication history support, adherence initiatives, and program operations.
