Job Description: Overview The Data Center Technician is responsible for providing hands-on technical support within a CoLo data center environment. This role includes hardware installation, basic networking support, ticket management, and on-site assistance for internal teams and external vendors. Candidates should be comfortable working in server rooms, performing physical tasks, and supporting a wide range of infrastructure technologies. Primary Responsibilities Provide field support (5+ years preferred), including break/fix, hardware installation, and general hands-on IT assistance. Manage and update SNOW (ServiceNow) tickets and asset records.
