Job Summary: This position plays a key role in implementing multimedia, production and technological initiatives for the Department of Athletics. The position works closely with both the communications and marketing groups to promote the mission and goals of the Department by producing high-level broad-range live broadcasts of Harvard Athletics events, for national, regional, local and digital distribution. The position reports to the Director of Multimedia and Production at Athletics and has day-to-day responsibilities over the game-day multimedia interns and part-time crew. The Belfer Center seeks a Research Assistant to support Eric Rosenbach, Senior Lecturer at the Harvard Kennedy School and Director of the Belfer Center’s Defense, Emerging Technology, and Strategy Program. The successful candidate will be interested in national and international security, critical emerging technologies, and cybersecurity, but prior experience in one or more of these areas is not required. This position will work closely with Professor Rosenbach, support staff, and a small student research team. This position will play a key role in: Planning, conducting research for, marketing, and executing high-level events, including large public events and small private working groups.
