Collaborates with internal and external partners providing necessary tools and information in order to make informed decisions. Responsibilities Compensation only: Completes job evaluations and benchmarks internal positions making recommendation to manager, finance and HR partners, and with manager to leaders. Recommendation includes career level, salary grade and compensation targets when appropriate.
