Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Job Summary Under general supervision, assists with the design, implementation, and administration of Key's Shared Services programs and analyzes data from various sources to inform the programs. Collaborates with internal and external partners providing necessary tools and information in order to make informed decisions. Responsibilities Compensation only: Completes job evaluations and benchmarks internal positions making recommendation to manager, finance and HR partners, and with manager to leaders. Recommendation includes career level, salary grade and compensation targets when appropriate. Performs annual market pricing reviews while developing understanding of client’s industry / strategy and understanding of our competition and how business works to inform recommendations.
