The RRL leads and directs regional management teams in consistent execution of the Branch Playbook, achieving profitability across multiple business priorities including, Pre-Provision Net Revenue, expense management, client experience, compliance and growth objectives for assigned Retail and Small Business Banking groups across multiple geographic markets in the Consumer Bank franchise.
