Work Flexibility: Field-based Summary This role delivers front-line clinical and technical support for both manual and robotic (Mako SmartRobotics™) procedures (based on territory needs). You’ll train surgeons and Operating Room staff, guide intra-operative activities, and ensure products and technology are used safely and effectively. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll drive exceptional clinical outcomes through pre-operative planning, technical troubleshooting, inventory and case management, and confident Operating Room presence. The role also includes account administration, cross-functional collaboration, continuing education, and alignment with the sales team to support overall territory success. On-call coverage—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—is required to meet urgent technical needs and maintain seamless customer support.
