The Specialist, Casting actively participates in the creative identification and selection of talent for non-scripted productions, series, and pilots, while supporting the execution of business-related practices and strategies for casting, talent management, and talent relations within non-scripted programming for the U.S. Hispanic market. Responsibilities Works closely with the VP of Casting regarding projects, casting needs, preferences, and specific roles. Participates in calls with Executive Producers and the Development team to discuss character profiles and casting needs.
