Job Summary: Education Support Services (ESS) in Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT), provides audiovisual and instructional support, training, and consulting services to faculty, staff, and students. The team supports the school’s mission by delivering audiovisual technology offerings that enhance and creatively advance the teaching and learning environment. ESS is comprised of three service groups: Teaching & Learning Support, Integrated Audiovisual Services, and Event & Media Production. This role will be a part of the Teaching & Learning Support team. The Multimedia Technician provides multimedia AV support for Harvard courses and events offered by the Faculty of Arts & Sciences. Includes videography, setup and breakdown of equipment, AV troubleshooting, including emergency response, system testing, and event support.
