The Card Services Representative works independently and as part of a team to support the operational functions to enhance efficient and effective card servicing and superior member support. Specifically responsible for ATM/Debit and Credit Card operational support service. This role will also provide timely, accurate and professional assistance to members and staff on all card service inquiries. Job-Specific Responsibilities: Receives and responds to emails and phone inquiries from credit union personnel and members in a timely manner. Receives and processes ATM/debit and credit card forms.
