The Treasury Management Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the Bank’s Treasury Management sales strategy, overseeing Treasury Management Advisors. This role drives deposit growth, fee income, and client engagement while aligning with Commercial Banking partners and reinforcing Washington Trust’s consultative sales approach.
We offer a hybrid remote work schedule with on-site work in Westerly or Providence, RI.

Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop TM Advisors and Sales Support staff - Set performance expectations tied to deposits, fee income, and cross-sell - Coach team on pipeline management and consultative selling
