Assessing Efforts to Nurture Character and Ethics in Higher Education. Drawing on our decades of research in higher education and established methodologies, this project focuses on qualitative, in-depth, comprehensive assessments of courses, programs, and missions at diverse colleges and universities throughout the United States. The bulk of the work entails data collection and analysis.
Job-Specific Responsibilities: PREPARING FOR STUDIES: Responsible for recruitment of participants, scheduling interviews, focus groups, and surveys; tracking data collection activities; deidentifying and organizing data for analysis in alignment with IRB protocols. 10% DATA COLLECTION: Participate in data collection, including, semi-structured interviews with students and alums, survey development and dissemination, and collection and organization of de-identified student work products. 40% DATA ANALYSIS: Prepare memos and contribute to reports to document, analyze, and make sense of...
